Tim is one of the most professional estate agents you are likely to meet; a pleasure to deal with, utterly helpful – even providing updates on a Sunday, and really knowledgeable too. He also listens to what type of property you want rather than pushing something on the books which isn’t appropriate, will also listen to any concerns and do his utmost to sort. I began seriously searching for a flat at the beginning of the year, and realised quickly how competitive the market was at my price level.
